They contacted the insurance company and came when the estimator was there to make sure they didn't miss anything. I went out this morning to shovel the 6 inches of snow we had overnight...probably not a great idea since I'm in my 70s with health issues. And there was Charlie from Storm Ready asking if I needed his help. Boy, you betcha. And his price was well below what a company had charged last time. Casey was very professional and helpful. I had a leak from my roof on my bathroom ceiling. I was grateful that my appointment was scheduled promptly and I did not have to wait weeks. I was concerned about mold. I had other companies out, that looked from the ground and said let’s just wait and see…we have alot of rain recently….
